Dr James Taylor grew up in the region and graduated from Dentistry in 2015.
James is a lovely down to earth dentist with an ability to quickly put his patients at ease. James can provide most general procedures but has a special interest in endodontics (restoring teeth that have become infected internally). James has experience in large regional centres plus more remote work as part of the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
James can provide examinations, fillings, extractions, crown and bridge work, children’s dentistry and preventative procedures. Part of his passion for dentistry comes from the variety of experiences it brings, particularly the opportunity to get people out of pain and improve their overall health. James is working in both the Dorrigo and Coffs Harbour clinics.
James is a Dorrigo boy at heart, and has been breeding and showing cattle (Gelbvieh) since he was 14 years old. He and his family enjoy the best of both worlds as they combine coastal visits with life on the Dorrigo farm.
